About these terms
By using this website or booking with Gaye del Sol Studios, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book a session.
The nature of the service
Hypnotherapy and performance coaching are complementary practices. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and nothing offered here diagnoses, treats or cures any condition. Please read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Consultations and booking
The initial consultation is a short, no-charge conversation to decide together whether the work is right for your situation. Sessions are arranged by agreement, in person in Amsterdam or online.
Fees, payment and cancellation
- Fees are discussed on the consultation call and confirmed before any work begins.
- Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed at booking.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give reasonable notice; the cancellation policy is set out at booking.
Confidentiality
What is said in a session stays in the room, subject only to the narrow exceptions the law requires (for example, a serious and imminent risk of harm). This is a condition of the practice, not a marketing line.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information relevant to your care, to continue any medical or psychological treatment you are receiving, and to tell your doctor about complementary work where that is appropriate.
No guarantee of outcome
People respond differently, and no particular result can be promised. The work is offered in good faith and with reasonable skill and care; it is not a guarantee of any outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Website content and law
The text, design and images on this site belong to Gaye del Sol Studios and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms, and the current version always lives at this address.
These terms are a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.
